Where can I find charging stations? Are there enough in my area?
Mercedes-Benz of Draper is equipped with one super charging station and four regular charging stations! In addition, there are thousands of charging stations across America. Charging stations are easy to find using the ChargePoint app. Use this app to find the nearest charging stations and where to charge up in route. Available for Android and iOS.
What is needed for at home charging?
a Level 2 charger is recommended. This charges much faster than a traditional wall outlet. It’s also recommended to use the ChargePoint Home Flex wallbox.

Through collaboration with Electrify America, Mercedes me Charge enables complimentary 30-minute charging per session for the first two years from account activation and allows customers to simply “Plug & Charge” at all Electrify America DC fast chargers.
How often do I need to charge my vehicle? How long does it take to charge?
Charge times depend on the individual vehicle. For example, the Mercedes-EQS can go from 10% to 80% in just 31 minutes using a DC fast charging unit (maximum 200kW). It also has a range of up to 478 miles in a single charge. It’s best to think about charging your vehicle while at home, running errands, or at work.
How safe are the Mercedes-Benz: All Electric vehicles?
All Mercedes-Benz Electric vehicles undergo rigorous safety testing, just like their gas-powered counterparts. They are tested in extreme heat and cold, are extensively crash-tested, and are built with inherent safety measures to minimize risk in the event of a collision.
Are Mercedes-Benz Electric vehicles suitable for road trips?
The common myth is that electric vehicles can only go a short distance. What’s important to remember is that you can typically do all your daily driving (and more) on just one charge. But if you do want to road trip, Mercedes-Benz: All Electric has partnered with Electrify America for two years of complimentary 30-minute charging sessions. Electrify America has a nationwide network of more than 2,600 DC Fast Chargers and are expanding more as time goes on. Do electric cars perform just as well as gas powered cars?
Yes. In fact, they perform even better in areas like torque and acceleration. Because the drive system is electric as opposed to mechanical, the reaction is instant, without the lag of a typical gas engine. At the same time, electric vehicles are quieter and smoother for a more pleasant driving experience.
