My wife and I experienced incredible customer service from Ben (floor sales manager) and Joe Fioretti (sales consultant). Ben was classy, fair and gave us a great first impression. Joe was truly a gentleman, a very knowledgeable consultant with great follow through skills and a pleasure to deal with. GM Lou Liodori treated us with the utmost respect. All three gentlemen we dealt with were honest, fair and they made us feel very comfortable about our new lease. Although the entire experience was very quick (we looked and made a decision in 24 hours), we never felt rushed or pressured by anyone. This is my second purchase with Mercedes-Benz of Greenwich and it was even better than the first one (which was also very positive)! I have recommended this dealership to friends in the past and will certainly continue to do so!"

We were looking for a late model S550 and recently purchased one at MB of Greenwich. It was an excellent experience and we were totally satisfied with the result. Steve, our Sales Advisor, was knowledgeable about his product, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. When we took delivery, Steve gave us an in depth review of the car and programmed it to our needs.
The Sales Manager, Business Manager and everyone else there went out of their way to insure that we were happy and satisfied customers. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would definitely purchase another car from them. By the way, this will be the 6th MB we have owned.
